Norberto Ayala Rodriguez

Norberto is an associate in Bedell Cristin's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in the Cayman Islands.

Norberto is an experienced attorney with a broad practice and regularly advises on commercial, regulatory, property, trust and insolvency disputes. He acts for government authorities, large banks, HNW individuals and investors, investment funds, large multinationals, liquidators and administrators.

His qualifications include the INSOL International Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law, a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University (Melbourne), during which he also studied at UAM (Madrid), New Sorbonne (Paris) and Monash Sunway (Kuala Lumpur).

Prior to joining the firm in June 2023, Norberto worked as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills in Melbourne, Australia. He qualified in 2019.

Norberto is a native Spanish-speaker and speaks French proficiently.
