Martin Paul

Martin is a partner in Bedell Cristin's Jersey Financial Services Law team with a focus on matters relating to asset management, investment funds and corporate real estate.

He has more than 25 years' experience of practising in Jersey, and is one of the leading lawyers in the areas of real estate structures, private equity funds and related investment structures, including a specialist Sharia finance practice.

Martin is recognised by both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.

He works with asset managers, leading onshore law firms and Jersey fiduciary clients.

Martin's practice area also encompasses regulatory advice, finance and general commercial work.

He is noted for blending his considerable technical expertise and experience with in depth commercial understanding and insight, derived from many years assisting clients in the sector.
