Louise has joined Bedell Cristin's financial services team as a professional support lawyer having worked previously as a lawyer in a private practice in Jersey and England in the corporate and commercial property fields.
Louise also assists with the debt and equity listings on the official list of The International Stock Exchange (TISE) and looks after all of the issuers listed by Bedell Channel Islands Limited in relation to their continuing obligations owed to the TISE.
