Kim joined Bedell Cristin's International Private Client practice in January 2023, based in London and working with the top tier ranked Jersey team. Prior to joining, Kim spent roughly a year and a half at another Channel Islands law firm as a Senior Associate.
Kim specialises in Jersey, Guernsey and BVI matters and advises both local and international UHNW private clients and fiduciaries on all aspects of private client structures from the creation and ongoing management of structures (including all types of trusts, foundations) as well as related corporate matters, to complex advisory, risk management and regulatory matters. Kim also provides estate planning and probate services to private clients.
Kim was previously a partner in a firm in Zimbabwe, and spent almost 10 years in private client practice in a high risk, inflationary environment. She focused on advising private clients on structuring and wealth planning, as well as advising corporate clients on regulatory issues.
