Jeff leads our top-tier ranked Jersey Property Law team and has more than 20 years' experience as a property lawyer both onshore and offshore.

He advises clients on transactions, financings, developments and all matters related to Jersey property law, and is recognised by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Having spent 12 years with the leading property team at Pinsent Masons in the UK, Jeff spent three years in Guernsey before moving to Jersey in 2017 and qualifying as a Jersey Advocate.

Jeff brings considerable commercial property experience to the team having acted for a significant number of multinational clients including investors, developers, lenders and private clients on a wide range of complex and high-value instructions.

He has particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property finance and energy.
