James Peart is based in our London office, advising on Jersey law banking and finance matters, as well as corporate matters. He also assists our BVI team with BVI law transactions. He was previously based in the firm's Jersey office and works with clients in the UK and beyond on transactions and advisory matters, as well as issues around Jersey's regulatory regime.
James trained with one of the largest law firms in South Africa and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in February 2020, before joining the firm in March 2020.
