Isabelle Russell

Isabelle is in the International Private Client team based in Jersey, working closely with head of department, Nancy Chien.

Isabelle specialises in Jersey and BVI matters, advising on all aspects of trust law including the establishment and administration of private client structures for ultra-high-net-worth families, related corporate matters, employee incentive arrangements, wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney.

Prior to making the move offshore, Isabelle practised in contentious and non-contentious private client, family and relationship property in New Zealand, including representing clients in the Family Court and High Court.
