Adam Bartels

Adam is a managing associate in our Financial Services Law team in London, advising on a wide range of Jersey law matters including real estate structures, financings, TISE listings, corporate transactions and advisory work.

Adam was previously a corporate partner in a boutique onshore firm in London, but spent five years in Bedell Cristin's London office from 2018 to 2023 as part of the Financial Services Law group.

Before moving to the UK, he practised in a leading boutique commercial law firm in Australia.

Over the course of his career, Adam has worked with management of TISE and ASX-listed companies.

He has both offshore and onshore experience in corporate advisory, capital markets, initial public offerings, finance matters, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions.
