Experienced litigator Tom Wright has rejoined the Bedell Cristin Insolvency & Dispute Resolution practice as Counsel.
Tom, who advises on commercial litigation and contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, has been practising in the Cayman Islands since 2012, and has rejoined Bedell Cristin having initially practised with the firm between 2012 and 2020.
He advises clients on both sides of the Atlantic on complex cross-border matters in commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, and restructuring and insolvency matters.

Tom began his legal career with RPC in London in 2007, and practised with Kobre & Kim and Collas Crill in the Cayman Islands before rejoining Bedell Cristin this month.
