Bedell Cristin is working alongside Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP to advise PATRIZIA Immobilien AG on certain Jersey law aspects of its acquisition of Rockspring Property Holdings Limited, a UK-headquartered real estate investment manager.
Closing is subject to relevant regulatory approvals being obtained, and is expected to take place during the first half of 2018. The Bedell Cristin team is being led by partner Tim Pearce, supported by senior associates Richard Le Liard and Guy Westmacott.
