Bedell Channel Islands Limited recently assisted Crown UK Holdco Limited, a subsidiary of Cineworld Group Plc, and their English advisers Slaughter and May in connection with Crown UK Holdco Limited's listing of approximately US$4bn loan notes on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange.
This listing reflects the increased interest TISE has experienced in relation to the listing of corporate and high yield bonds, in part driven by the streamlined listing process as well as the numerous international recognitions obtained.
