Bedell Cristin advises Akina Partners on acquisition by Unigestion

Bedell Cristin advised Akina Partners on the Jersey-law aspects of the sale of their private equity business to Unigestion to create a merged private equity business with AUM of over US$6 billion.

Akina is a Swiss PE firm with AUM of US$2.6 billion at the time of completion. Unigestion is a boutique asset manager with total AUM of US$21 billion.
