Bedell Cristin advises in connection with the £114 million financing of the acquisition of a Jersey property unit trust

Bedell Cristin working with one of the UK's premier law firms acted on behalf of one of the UK's largest banks in connection with the provision of syndicated facilities of £114 million for the acquisition of a Jersey property unit trust owning of England's largest shopping centres. The Bedell Cristin team was led by banking partner Tim Pearce who was assisted by senior associate Antony Clerehugh and associate Lauren Taylor.  The team advised in connection with all Jersey legal aspects of the transaction.
