The Companies (Amendment No.11) (Jersey) Law 2014 (the "Amendment Law") came into force on 1 August 2014.
The Amendment Law makes a number of significant amendments to the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 which are designed to bring greater flexibility to Jersey's company law regime. The amendments will assist those who structure their business activities through Jersey companies.
